Don't be led astray on April 4. We live in a politically divided country and the Rockwood School Board is no different. There are competing ideas when it comes to how tax money is spent to educate our children. Some candidates are telling voters that "everyone on the ballot is conservative." It's a smart political strategy, but it's not true.

The grassroots conservative parents who voted for Izzy Imig and Jessica Clark are not going to the polls for candidates who are endorsed by the NEA. The NEA endorsement is a red flag for conservative voters because of their left leaning political statements.

Do your homework this year parents. Vote for candidates who represent your values. I'm a conservative voter and I'm voting for Trisha Katzfey, Thomas Dunn, and Richard Wierzba on April 4.
